Argus Analyst Tip 3

Argus will actually fill in the zeros of long numbers for you. Simply type a K (for thousands) or M (for millions) after your number. This saves a lot of time when you are entering annual sales or when you are doing an analysis on a large development and you have blocks of space you are leasing up over time.

Argus Analyst Tip 2

Did you know that you can sort any Rent Roll column in ascending or descending order by simply clicking on the column heading? This is especially helpful when you are auditing a property that contains multiple Market Leasing Assumptions and you want to confirm that the correct MLA has been properly applied. It is also good for auditing Recovery Methods or finding tenants quickly via Tenant Name or Suite Number.
