San Diego based developer, Oliver McMillan, revealed the revised project at ICSC’s annual conference in Las Vegas. Oliver McMillan will invest $300 million beyond the $400 million already invested.

McCarthy Building Cos. Selected to Build Georgia State University Building
The new Humanities-Law building will be 200,000 SF and is expected to cost $62.7 M to build. It will be on 2.4 acres and will be LEED certified. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2012.
