Position Summary:

This position works very closely with senior executives of a private equity, Atlanta-based firm.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the disposition of real estate assets. Activities include analyzing letters of intent from prospective buyers, creating cash flow models, formulating recommendations to partners and coordinating closing transactions.
  • Document closing transactions and generate reports for partners
  • Manage fee build deals with builders and lenders, which includes processing and approving draw requests as well as monitoring revenue and expense requirements
  • Collaborate with senior management to evaluate capital improvement projects, deferred maintenance, and new sources of revenue
  • Provide primary support with quarterly reforecasting and valuation projections
  • Assist asset management team in the coordination and supervision of third-party property management activities. Areas of coordination include budgeting, contract administration, payment authorization, property maintenance, taxes and insurance

Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least three years of experience in real estate field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of independent judgement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Team-oriented and work well in a collaborative environment
  • Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize projects as well as complete multiple tasks on time
