Position Summary:

The Vice President position in Asset Management is responsible for maximizing real estate value by developing and executing business plans on assigned real estate projects.

Technical Skills

  • Maximize value of real estate through execution of business plan to create sense of place, drive traffic to asset and improve asset
  • Uncover and execute value creation through outside‐the‐box, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Direct and understand asset‐level analysis
  • Negotiate leases in a timely and effective manner
  • Review asset financial statements, track asset performance, minimize aged receivables and identify and work with tenants to improve performance
  • Review and comply with leases, contracts, loan documents and JV agreements
  • Monitor and think proactively about how situations will impact financing covenants
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with tenants, lenders, and other business partners
